REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your event registration at any time for any reason in which case the following refund policy applies:
Cancellations received 15 business days or more prior to the date of the event will be refunded less a $5 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the date of the event will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. Memberships and donations will not be refunded.
In the case of illness or last minute schedule conflicts, you can substitute the name on the registration to another name up to five days in advance with prior email notice to info@ohwetlands.org.
The Ohio Wetlands Association reserves the right to cancel a field trip, program or activity for any reason. In the event this becomes necessary, we will notify you and issue a refund.
